The Portfolio Securitization Capital Group is our mortgage division, which provides funds to acquire or refinance all types of properties nationwide.

The appropriate source of funds and terms of a mortgage depend on a variety of factors including both the characteristics of the property and the intentions of the borrower.  Please review the factors described below in order to learn which type of funds best suits your financial requirements. 

Purpose of Funds 

Short term funds are ideal for renovations to an existing property. Capital market funds or long term financing are suitable for a stabilized, seasoned property.

Type of Transaction 

There are three types transactions we can finance:

1.  The purchase/acquisition of a new property.

2.  The refinancing of a property you already own.  

3.  New construction/developments.
